Living with Migraine disease isn't easy, but it's far better than it was even 10 years ago. Although there is a lot of misinformation online, there are vast amounts of accurate helpful information, information patients couldn't access before the Internet.

Although we still need better diagnostic tools and treatments, we have far more treatments available to day than ever before. For example, there are so many treatments in use today for Migraine prevention that it would take over 25 years of trying a new one every 90 days to give all of them a fair trial.

The Internet has also given us an online community where we can find others in similar situations and opportunities to share information and support each other.

Beyond science, medical care, and support, there is one thing that we must cling to and never, ever give up - HOPE.
